Position Summary
MultiCare Urology is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our well established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality urological care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits, in-office procedures and may participate in surgery. Participation in call coverage responsibilities may be assigned.
It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Urology practice with community partners across Puget Sound.
Responsibilities
Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding
Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
Patient & Family education
Pre & Post Op visits
In-basket Management
APP/staff onboarding and training
Requirements
WA State Physician Assistant license required
WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA, required
Surgical Experience Preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $164,800.00 - $194,600.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
