Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to join a dynamic and supportive team at our brand-new Thomas Lake Clinic in Snohomish County, Washington. This unique opportunity offers the chance to help establish and grow a new practice while collaborating closely with an integrated team of Family Medicine, OB Midwifery, General Surgery, and Behavioral Health providers. Located near our well-established Mill Creek and Clearview clinics, this position is ideal for a confident and collaborative physician who enjoys working in a team-based environment and caring for a diverse, growing patient population.
- Full-time opportunity with a flexible FTE (0.8 to 1.0)
- 4-day workweek designed to support work-life balance
- Shared on-call responsibility with providers across neighboring Providence clinics
- Outpatient care with full-spectrum Family Medicine
- Serve a diverse patient population, including many young and growing families
- Opportunity to help shape a new clinic culture and care model from the ground up
- Minimum of 3 years of Family Medicine experience required
- Compensation is between $302,885 and $331,612 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system.
