Occupational Therapist

VitalCaring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy for adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve safety, mobility, and independence at home. You will educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with nurses, physicians, and social workers, and document care in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
