OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE OPPORTUNITY

OVERVIEW
Neighborhood clinic serves its local, over 65 population. Value-based care model structured to treat the whole person & reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. Organization is one of the fastest growing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiple states.
ROLE
Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends!
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call
Will treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment
Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not less
Will supervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants
Multidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists
PACKAGE
Salary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K
Annual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!
Potential for over $300k total income year 1, promotable to Lead

'Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of North Carolina
