We are seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a 12-month locum opportunity in Arkansas. This assignment offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month in a well-supported Emergency Department.

Emergency Department

Meditech EMR

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat emergency department patients
Manage a broad range of medical and traumatic emergencies
Collaborate with specialty consultants and APPs
Provide high-quality emergency care in a community hospital setting

Approximately 33,500 annual ED visits
20 Emergency Department beds
12 ICU beds
Full specialty backup available
Physician coverage: 36 hours/day
APP coverage: 20 hours/day

Credentialing

Approximately 120 days
