Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore functional independence and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and document outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
