REGISTERED NURSE

CarePartners seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate home-based care across our Connecticut service area. This flexible role provides skilled nursing, assessment, and education to diverse adult and geriatric patients, floating between caseloads and teams based on need.
