Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health experience needed. Minimum Education Requirement: Doctoral

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Shift days: Monday - Friday On call/weekend requirement: None Coverage area: Lycoming County, PA Main responsibilities include completing starts of care, evaluations, and visits for physical therapy.
