Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agencys philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.

Position Details:

Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Licensure:Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
Experience:Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
Certifications:
Other:Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Preferred Licensure:
Preferred Experience: Home Health experience.
Preferred Certifications:
Preferred Other:
