This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10-hour shifts

· Patients per day: 15-20

· Practice Setting: Clinic

· Scope: Outpatient

· State Licensure: Kentucky state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Board Certified.
