Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist I for Acute and Inpatient Rehab at Greater Heights, Sun–Wed schedule. The therapist will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with functional, neurological, orthopedic, and medical conditions, developing evidence-based treatment plans that restore independence and safety. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, accurate documentation in the EMR, and participation in quality and performance-improvement initiatives.
