Signature HealthCARE seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. The LPN will provide direct clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll supervise CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
