Production Team Member

Location: Bristol, IN

  • Starting Pay: $18.50/hour / Increases to $21.00/hour upon hire

  • 4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday
    4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you'll play an important role in building high-quality products used throughout the RV industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assemble RV doors and vent products on a production line
  • Follow verbal and written work instructions
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment
  • Use tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure quality standards
  • Inspect products for accuracy and quality
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • One year of recent manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
  • Strong attendance and reliability
