  • Provide friendly and professional support to patients.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to general questions.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect and accurately process patient payments.
  • Communicate with patients, medical staff, insurance providers, and other departments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Receive and relay messages to clinical staff.
  • Provide accurate and timely service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
