Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Middletown, RI. The RN will perform assessments, manage medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents.
