Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation community. The LPN will deliver hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans that promote dignity, function, and quality of life.
