Hampshire Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with complex medical and rehabilitative needs. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both long-term and short-term recovery goals.
