Student Support Residential Advisor

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and supervise students in a residential education setting. In this role, you’ll support students’ daily routines, reinforce positive behavior, assist with homework, and collaborate with education staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll help maintain a safe, inclusive environment that reflects MHS’s values of diversity, personal growth, and holistic learning.
