Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support interdisciplinary care plans while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort.
