Amazon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Music’s fast-growing global business. In this role, you will advise on licensing, distribution, product, and content matters across digital music services. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, manage IP and regulatory issues, and guide cross-functional teams through compliant product launches. You’ll partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to assess risk, shape strategy, and develop scalable legal processes in a high-volume, innovative environment.
