Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner , new graduate or experienced , to join a highly respected neonatal practice at Lakeland Regional Health , one of Florida's premier healthcare centers.

You'll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region , housed within a stateoftheart Women and Children's Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them.
Practice Highlights
- Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
- Attend highrisk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30bed wellbaby nursery
- 24hour shifts , averaging 7-8 shifts per month for excellent worklife balance
Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
- Onsite MFM support , pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours

Qualifications - Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
