Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress. Working in an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with therapists and physicians, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
