Heritage Health Care Center, part of HHP Lifeshare, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for patients across diverse age groups. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide education to patients and families.
