Full job description
Adventist Health seeks an experienced RN Lead for our Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units, Full Time Nights. In this leadership role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns while coordinating unit workflows and mentoring bedside nurses. Responsibilities include maternal-fetal assessment, medication administration, supporting deliveries, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and patient education. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in our faith-based environment, promoting whole-person care, safety, and quality outcomes while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
