Nurse Manager

Sevita is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations in our home and community-based programs. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, ensuring person-centered, high-quality care for individuals with diverse needs, including behavioral health and brain injury rehabilitation. You will manage care planning, assessments, and documentation, support regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement. As a leader, you’ll mentor and develop nurses, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help foster Sevita’s culture of empathy, inclusion, and continuous learning.
