Carle Health is seeking a Medical Lab Tech Lead to oversee daily lab operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate testing workflows, perform complex diagnostic procedures, and ensure accurate, timely results to support patient care. You will lead and mentor medical lab technologists, maintain quality control and regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission), and collaborate with clinicians to resolve critical lab issues.
