Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Electrical Engineer to contribute to the full product lifecycle, from design through mass production. The role offers hands-on experience with PCB design, hardware/software integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) Responsibilities


  • Design PCBAs using Altium Designer, including schematic design and component selection.
  • Support manufacturing through New Product Introduction (NPI), New Item Add (NIA), ECRs, and ECOs.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and meters.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide product support for failed units. Define and document manufacturing and rework instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, repairs, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
  • Validate new designs and ensure successful release to mass production.
  • Lead, manage, or participate in cross-disciplinary projects.

Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing)Qualifications


  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB layout design.
  • Experience with Linux, Python, C++, SQL or equivalent programming.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and sustaining engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with assembly line and manufacturing support preferred.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively while meeting project deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
