What you'll do
- Learn the Secureframe product inside and out and develop a deep understanding of our customers
- Gather and synthesize customer pain points, user research, and stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements
- Support feature development end-to-end alongside the engineering team, while collaborating with stakeholders across the company
- Execute on assigned projects and flag opportunities for improvement as you grow in the role
- Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work with product and engineering to document, triage, and prioritize bugs
- Support go-to-market activities across the product team, including planning, execution, and tracking success
- Build familiarity with product metrics to help assess the health and success of your product area
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- A builder at heart with strong product taste and a track record of shipping things customers love
- Rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization and problem solving
- Fluent in modern AI tools and excited about what they unlock for how we work and what we build
- High ownership mentality, you move fast, handle ambiguity well, and don't need a lot of hand-holding
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Naturally curious and resourceful, with a hunger to keep growing
