Business Development Sales Specialist – Education Partnerships

Year Up United is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Training Program Internship within the Education & Training industry. In this role, you’ll support partnership development, lead generation, and outreach to employers who can host and hire Year Up talent. Working closely with senior staff, you’ll research prospects, prepare presentations, and track engagement in CRM tools. You’ll gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, social-impact partnership building, and data-informed decision-making, all within an inclusive, mission-first culture focused on economic mobility for diverse young adults.
