Retail Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll provide clinical counseling, perform medication therapy management, and identify drug interactions and appropriate dosing. Working closely with pharmacy technicians, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain regulatory compliance, manage inventory and controlled substances, and administer immunizations where allowed. You’ll contribute to Walmart’s culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence while advancing your clinical and leadership skills in a growth-focused environment.
