ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Milwaukee, WI.
Job Highlights:

Outpatient position only
Senior Patient Panel only (those aged 60 years or older)
Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Benefits:

Employed Position

Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) starting at $285k guaranteed base, $75k signing bonus, and 20% annual bonus
