Neighborcare Health is seeking compassionate, mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join one of the Pacific Northwest´s largest and most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Compensation

* 0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week)

The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60

* 1.0 FTE. (40 hours per week)

The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule

* Primary Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, including:

* Preventive care and wellness visits

* Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses

* Care coordination with specialty providers

* Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams

* Evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care

* Documentation within the electronic health record

* Participation in quality improvement initiatives

This role offers the opportunity to care for patients representing diverse cultures, languages, and socioeconomic backgrounds while working alongside dedicated professionals committed to health equity.

Qualifications

Required

* MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy

* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

* Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)

* DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

* Current BLS Certification

Preferred

* Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice

* Bilingual language skills

* Experience caring for underserved populations

* Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training

* Nexplanon certification is a plus
