Full job description

Summary: Prepares and cooks foods for the Hospital patients, staff, and visitors as directed by management. Responsible for overall sanitation of the department.

Responsibilities: Reviews production sheets to determine types and quantity of product to be used. Plans cooking schedule and utilization of leftovers, keeping waste and leftovers to a minimum. Ensures food quality by following proper food preparation, handling and sanitation techniques. Cleans and sanitizes preparation area and equipment. Provides assistance to tray line.

Credentials: ServSafe Food Handler- Preferred

Experience: 1-3 years

Pay Range: $17.00 to $17.00
