Multi-Site Director

Adventist Health seeks a mission-driven Multi-Site Director to lead operations across multiple care locations. In this role, you will oversee clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring high-quality, whole-person care that reflects our faith-based values. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget and staff management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. You will mentor leaders, foster collaborative, inclusive teams, and partner with physicians and community organizations to advance community health and expand services in alignment with Adventist Health’s mission.
