Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN delivers hands-on nursing, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring residents’ conditions while supporting individualized care plans. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory and infection control compliance.
