June 8-12
June 22-26
June 29-July 3
July 13-17
July 20-24
July 27-31

Dates of Assignment:
Monday-Friday, 8s and 10s available
No Call/No Weekends/No Nights
Case Mix: All cases except for transplants. OB is not a requirement
CRNAs are supervised. 4:1 supervision ratio
EMR: EPIC
