- Hospital-Based Outpatient Clinic (100% Non-Profit)
- Automatically qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- 1:1 Patient Care with 60-minute Evals and 45-minute Tx
- Maximum 8 to 10 patients per day (Quality over quantity)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Caseload: 75% Ortho/Sports Med, 25% Vestibular and Balance
- Collaborative environment with experienced clinicians and very low turnover
- 90-day formal onboarding program for new hires

- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 24 days annually
- Schedule: Standard Monday-Friday (Zero weekend requirements)

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
