<p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>As a patient safety professional, this position will exercise responsibility and accountability for coordinating, collecting, disseminating, and intervening in a manner that anticipates & prevents safety concerns through proactive risk assessment, as well as responding after the fact to evaluate actual safety events within the Puget Sound Physician Clinical Network. This role will lead patient safety investigations within a multidisciplinary team to determine process improvements that will improve patient safety and eliminate preventable patient harm.</p> <p>Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
