COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

$350k Base Salary (Negotiable DOE)
$40,000 Sign on Bonus
$20k Retention Bonus Years 2-5
$10,000 Relocation assistance
Student Loan Repayment through NHSC
Generous benefits package (401k, Healthcare, PTO, etc.)
30 Days of PTO
CME’s - $7,000
