Job Description:

Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.

Education:
▪ Preferred: High school diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
▪ Required: 1 year of Cooking Experience
Skills:
▪ Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
▪ Able to stand for long periods of time
▪ Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
▪ Able to move quickly
▪ Food safety and sanitation knowledge
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Preferred: ServSafe certification
