A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionateNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team at a nursing home in Linwood, NJ.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  • Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Active NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey
  • DEA license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
  • Nursing home experience strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable treating vent patients

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary:$130,000–$155,000 annually
