Physical Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will assess functional mobility, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence and quality of life. You will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, patient and family education, and clear clinical documentation while working in a nurturing, dynamic environment that supports professional growth, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient outcomes within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.
