Assistant Director of Nursing ADON
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care in Silvis, Illinois. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and exceptional patient experience.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, managing a team of skilled nurses, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices that align with our organization's mission and values. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
• Manage and develop a team of skilled nurses, providing guidance, support, and coaching
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient experience
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including licensure, accreditation, and certification
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, and ensure that patient needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Minimum of (insert minimum years of experience) years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred
