Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files from filing through trial.
- Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Prepare motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
- Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and calendaring deadlines.
- Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics.
- Organize and maintain litigation files and case management systems.

- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations
- Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
- Work with medical experts, investigators, and retained experts
