Family Medicine Hospitalist

We are seeking a Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a collaborative, mission-driven team in a full-time inpatient role delivering high-quality care across the lifespan—from newborns to geriatrics—in a unique mountain setting.
🩺 Position Overview
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Team Model: Collaborative care environment with physician and APP support
Requirements & Scope
- Board Certified in Family Medicine and active certification ACLS, BLS, or PALS
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing newborns and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting
- Level I Nursery (well-baby care)
- Inpatient Pediatrics, including Pediatric ICU
- Adult Medical/Surgical inpatient care
Compensation
- Base Salary: $375K plus
- Additional quality incentives and sign-on bonus
