SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time (0.8FTE - 1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP). Hiring Bonus (If Qualified)!
This collegial, hard-working group of physicians and advanced practitioners provides interventional, non-interventional, and electrophysiology services. The Cardiology Division is well recognized among their peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care, and service to patients throughout our 18-county service area.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Post-Education experience in cardiology or related internal medicine areas.
- Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant
Opportunity:
- Join a collegial, hard-working group of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners
- The new provider will work in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic, located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center
- Outpatient-focused clinic-based practice, including new and established patient visits
- Clinic is open Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
- No call or weekends
- Experienced based salary with eligibility for Hiring Bonus!
- The practice is conveniently based on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital
