Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Post Surgical unit to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from surgical procedures. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage pain and complex medication regimens, monitor for complications, and provide expert wound and drain care. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, therapists, and case managers to develop safe discharge plans, educate patients and families, and support smooth transitions of care in a mission-driven, team-focused environment.
