AI Security Operations Lead

We are seeking an AI Security Operations Lead to strengthen AI security across the organization by improving AI visibility, integrating AI threats into SOC workflows, and developing AI-specific incident response and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate AI security alerts and findings into existing SIEM/SOAR and SOC workflows.
• Implement shadow AI discovery across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop AI-specific incident response playbooks and lead tabletop exercises.
• Identify threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, credential abuse, and data exfiltration.
• Translate security findings into remediation actions and improved security controls.
• Maintain AI tool inventories, risk assessments, and security documentation.
• Track detection effectiveness, security gaps, and AI risk trends.
• Collaborate with SOC, engineering, compliance, and security leadership teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on SecOps, SIEM/SOAR, detection engineering, and incident response experience.
• Experience with asset discovery, security telemetry, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Knowledge of AI security threats and attack vectors.
• Experience integrating security findings into established SOC processes.
• Strong risk management, incident response, and security governance skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI security, AI governance, or AI/ML environments.
• Experience with Wiz or similar security platforms.
• Experience developing security playbooks and conducting tabletop exercises.
