Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As an Inpatient Rehab RN at TriStar Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess and monitor patients, administer medications, support mobility and ADLs, and coordinate individualized rehab plans with physicians, therapists, and case managers. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure safety and fall prevention, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and contribute to quality and performance initiatives within a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
