Professional Development Director

Nursing Professional Development Generalist at Methodist Health System will plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that advance clinical competence, quality, and patient safety. Working closely with nurse leaders and frontline staff, this role conducts learning needs assessments, develops evidence-based curricula, coordinates onboarding and continuing education, and supports competency validation. The generalist promotes a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability, facilitates simulation and skills training, and uses data to measure outcomes and improve practice across the health system.
